1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

Items are unused and unopened.

Items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Due to the nature of nicotine and vaping products, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Return Shipping Costs
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

UK Customers: Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

USA & Australia Customers: Customers must also cover their own return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We do not provide return labels.
3. How to Request a Return
To begin a return:

Contact us at support@nicotinewarehouse.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for return.

Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or in error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos and your order number.

If validated, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees).

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return your original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
